If you’re getting married in San Diego, you will need to apply for a marriage license from any of the following three locations:
1) County Administration Center at 1600 Pacific Highway, Room 273, San Diego, CA 92101
2) San Marcos Branch Office at 141 East Carmel Street, San Marcos, CA 92078
3) El Cajon Branch Office at 200 South Magnolia, El Cajon, CA 92020
